Damn, sculpting is harder then I thought it would be! But I\'m not giving up! This one was made with white clay, then painted. Next I'm trying to used colored clay!

It seems like it. But I do agree with one of the other comments on here - you should use more dramatic shade of paint next time. They clash. But I think he's really cute! where did you get the little sand things?

The dollar store! And I know... Something happened with the glaze

Cool :) I've always wanted to try sculpting. I really like this, too. I think it might look better if the end of the tail wasn't as rounded and the front legs were a little longer, but over all very nice!

Also, just some advice from one of my classes, the purple that you used with the blue clashes a little bit because they're the same tone, going darker or lighter on the purple or blue (personal taste says darker on the purple, lighter blue, or both). If this were greyscale, it would be difficult to distinguish the purple parts from the blue, and with a little more contrast between the two colors your design would "pop" a lot more.

Not only do I like the sculpture, but I also like the character. Very cute, I especially love their face!

Thank you!! The colors when I painted them were actually lighter, but they darken when I used the glaze.

Ahhh, I see. Yeah, I guess glaze does weird things to color? That's good to know!

I guess so! though I don't think the glaze affected the color on my digivice!

Hm, I wonder what that is then. I think I've heard that things like glazes effect color, but I'm not sure. I've never really used glaze on anything (or sculpted anything) so I'm pretty curious about how all that stuff works :)

Did you sculpt the digivice, then? I'd love to see it if you have it uploaded somewhere!
